Communications Preferences

Cash Money provides valuable services via SMS text messaging, email, telephone, and automated voice messages. These services may include account notifications, promotions, discounts/coupons, and valuable financial resources. While we present these services on a limited basis, if at any time you wish to unsubscribe from all or a single type of communication, you may do so by following the instructions below. Some of these services may not be available to you, depending on where you live and the types of products you receive from us

Existing Customers

If you're an existing Customer, you have the ability to choose the type of communication you'd like to receive for important notices. Log in to your account to view your communication preference center and select how you'd like to receive account updates, application notifications, and more.

To change your communication preference at any time in your online preference center, select the box next to the communication you prefer. Your preferences will be saved and referenced any time we communicate with you.

Unsubscribe Options

If you wish to unsubscribe from promotional communications or change your communication preference for account notifications, please contact Customer Service via email at CustomerService@CashMoney.ca or by calling us at (877) 526-6639.

Alternatively, all communications we send offer ways to opt out directly. Follow the instructions below to opt out of each communication separately.

SMS Opt-Out

You may opt-out and remove your phone number from additional messages by sending "STOP" or "ARRET" to the SMS text message you have received. You will receive a STOP confirmation reply as a requirement of the Mobile Marketing Association.

Email Opt-Out

If you wish to unsubscribe from future promotional emails, please contact Customer Service via email at CustomerService@CashMoney.ca or by calling (877) 526-6639. In addition, all of our promotional messages include an easy link to unsubscribe from future messages and manage your email subscription options

SMS / Text Message Terms and Conditions

By providing Cash Money with your mobile telephone number(s) and consent, you authorize that we may deliver text messages* to your mobile telephone number(s). Your cellular provider's message and data rates may apply to our SMS messages.

For help or additional information regarding our texting services email us at CustomerService@CashMoney.ca, call us at (877) 526-6639, or reply "HELP" or "AIDE" to the message you receive at any time from your mobile device.

Marketing Email Terms and Conditions

By providing Cash Money with your email address(es) and consenting to our communications policy, you consent that we may send email messages* to your email address(es). Please add Email@Email-CashMoney.ca and CustomerService@CashMoney.ca to your safe sender list or email address book. Email services are provided on an "as is" basis. You may unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time.

*May be limited to existing product/service information for some Customers. For Manitoba borrowers, emails limited to information/activities regarding your loan agreement.

    †Cash Money reports Auto Equity Loan payment history to Equifax® Canada credit bureau so it can help build your credit if used responsibly. Building credit is accomplished by paying all your bills on time every month. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report and may impact your ability to build credit.

    Newfoundland Residents: The maximum allowable cost of borrowing under payday loan agreements in Newfoundland and Labrador is $14 per $100 borrowed. We charge $14 per each $100 borrowed. On a $300 loan for 14 days, the total cost of borrowing is $42, with a total payback amount of $342 and an APR of 365.00%. License #21-23-CA291-1.
    Nova Scotia Residents: The cost of borrowing is $15.00 per $100 on a $300 loan for 14 days (391.07% APR).
    Ontario Residents: The maximum allowable cost of borrowing per $100 borrowed in Ontario is $15. We charge $15 per $100 borrowed. On a $500 loan for 14 days, the cost of borrowing is $75, with a total repayment amount of $575 and an APR of 391.07%.
    Saskatchewan Residents: The maximum allowable cost of borrowing under payday loan agreements in Saskatchewan is $17 per $100 borrowed. We charge $17 per each $100 borrowed. On a $300 loan for 14 days, the total cost of borrowing is $51, with a total payback amount of $351 and an APR of 443.21%.
